Radial Bond Tool RBT

SITANBSM43-200D 6-Sector Radial bond tool (RBT) is mainly used to inspect cement quality and detect holes. SITAN Cement Bond Logging can measure cement bond quality along the longitudinal and transverse casing circle, not only intuitively showing the existing holes position, size and distribution in the first cementing surface, but also accurately evaluating the cement return height and the cement bond details in the second cementing surface. The method applied in SITAN radial bond logging tools is one of the most advanced methods of radial bond logging at home and abroad.

Features:

1. Highly integrated and modularized design to improve the reliability of the equipment.

2. SITAN Sectored Cement Bond Loggingtool controls its sequence by CPLDto ensure pure hardware accomplishment of sequence.

3. Comprehensive logging method can get many curves like CCL/CBL/VDL/GR section acoustic amplitude, which improved the work efficiency of logging site.

4. The section profile in logging data reflect visually the location, dimension and layout of channels and holes on the first surface.

5. The sector adopts sending and receiving 2 ft spaced design, reducing the influence of the rapid formation to actual signal.

6. Simplified mechanical structure design, the gamma magnetic positioning and electronic circuit are integrated, easier to maintain compared with the similar instrument.

7. The pressure balance device uses corrugated pipe and piston, improving the pressure bear performance of instrument.

8. The gamma section adopts 37x80 Nalctystal detector and CR163-03 photomultiplier to have higher detection sensitivity.

9. Magnetic positioning part uses new permanent magnetic material, magnetic steel has stronger magnetic induction intensity (Br), high coercive force, never demagnetization, can be used for a long time without the magnetization
